Demand Review

Demand Review page summarizes the changes made on the Demand Plan page and their impact on the overall plan. It mainly supports management review.

Elements:

  • Statistical Forecast versus Forecast Bar Graph: compares the statistical forecast with the modified one.

  • Forecast Status information: summarizes the status of sales managers, including when it was last modified.

  • Overview of Changes made in Demand Plan Phase Table: Numerical comparison of changes.

  • List of Comments and Revisions: currently inactive, but contains all changes and related comments
