Fulfillment Analysis

This page becomes available when there is unfulfilled demand from current results.
In this page, you can: 1. Prioritize or define minimum fulfillment rate for selected customers (group) or products (group). 2. Review results of fulfillment rate on customers or products, discover if the resources of the upstream bill of materials have available production capacity.
Model Options
The following options are available:
Customer priority
Product priority
Allow unfulfilled demand
Allow over utilization
Allow backorder
Results on unfulfilled demand, revenue and total margin, revenue is also available here.
Set Prioritization Rules
Use customer (group) priority as an example. Product (group) priority follows the same logic.
Check option Customer group priority. A new table Overall fulfillment rate & priority will appear. This table displays the current fulfillment rate, minimum fulfillment rate and priority. The current fulfillment rate is results, the other two can be edited by user.
From the side panel Select Grouping Level, choose the desired level for customers.
Use widget action to display all customers or the ones that are not fully fulfilled.
Once any options are changed, click the Optimize button at bottom right of this page.
Unfulfilled Demand
This chart shows the unfulfilled demand by customer (group).
Fulfillment Details
This chart shows the fulfillment rate by customer, location, product. You may customized the view in side panel Select Grouping Level.
If you would like to explore the reasons for unfulfilled products, please choose the Product Level at the most granular level, then click on a cell that is under fulfilled.
Available Resource for a product and its Bill of Materials
Once a cell in the table above is clicked, the product that is associated with this cell is selected and recognized by the bar charts below. All bar charts shows the Capacity vs Production of: * The first bar chart shows the resources that produce the selected product. * The second bar chart shows the resources that produce the products that is used for the selected product. * The third bar chart shows the resources that produce the products that is used for the second bar chart.
