On this page, you need to add the demand per period. This is how many units you think that you will sell. The color on the left of the period indicates the phase of that period, which can also been seen in the Legend side panel.



Once you have added the demand, the three charts on this page show the Demand, Revenue and Margin per period. In each chart, you see two lines. The black line is the demand, revenue and margin if this project is successful. The gray line is the expected value, this takes into account the change of success that was defined in Project Management.

These numbers are per period. Via the Display Options side panel, you can indicate that you want to show the cumulative values instead. If you set the switch Show Cumulative, IBP shows the running totals up to each period. This gives a better indication of the total impact over the the life of the project.
