# Cluster Costing¶

On the *Cluster Costing* page, the cost calculations are displayed for each cluster in the current clustering. Also cost totals and vehicle totals are displayed.

## Costing Details¶

The *Costing Details* widget displays a table in which you can see how the total cost is split up in distance-, time- and trip-based cost for each cluster. At the bottom of the table, you can see the aggregated data (sum).

### Distance Based Cost¶

*Number of Trips*- Total Demand in the cluster, divided by the Average Vehicle Load per Trip.*Average Trip Distance*- Twice the Average Stem Distance and a summation of the inter-customer distances. This summation equals the Average Number of Drops per Trip minus one, multiplied by the Average Distance Between two Customers.*Total Distance*- Average Trip Distance multiplied by the Number of Trips.*Total Distance Based Cost*- Total Distance multiplied by the Vehicle Cost per unit of distance.

### Time Based Cost¶

*Number of Trips*- (Same as above) The Number of Trips that are needed in a cluster equals the Total Demand in that cluster, divided by the Average Vehicle Load per Trip.*Average Trip Time*- The Average Time of one Trip for a cluster is calculated is the sum of the following values:- the Average Vehicle Load Time
- twice the Average Stem Distance divided by the Vehicle Speed
- a summation of the inter-customer distances divided by the Vehicle Speed. This summation equals the Average Number of Drops per Trip minus one, multiplied by the Average Distance Between two Customers.
- a summation of the Vehicle Unload Time. This summation equals the Average Number of Drops per Trip, multiplied by the Average Vehicle Unload Time.

*Total Time*- The Total Time in a cluster equals the Average Trip Time multiplied by the Number of Trips*Total Time Based Cost*- The Total Time Based Cost equals the Total Time multiplied by the Vehicle Cost per hour.

### Trip Based Costing¶

*Number of Trips*- (Same as above) The Number of Trips that are needed in a cluster equals the Total Demand in that cluster, divided by the Average Vehicle Load per Trip.*Total Trip Based Cost*- The Total Trip Based Cost equals the Number of Trips times the Fixed Vehicle Cost per Trip.

### Total Cost¶

The *Total Cost* column sums up the Total Distance, Time, and Trip Based Cost.

### Number of Vehicles¶

The *Number of Vehicle*s column displays the number of vehicles (based on all the averages) that is required to serve a cluster. It equals the *Number of Trips* divided by the *Total Number of Shifts*.

## Total Cost¶

The *Total Cost* widget shows a stacked bar chart representing the total cost split up in the total distance-, time-, and trip-based cost.

## Total Fleet¶

The *Total Fleet* widget shows a stacked bar chart representing the total fleet split up in the several types of vehicles.

## Distance, Time and Trip Based Cost (per Cluster)¶

The *Distance, Time and Trip Based Cost (per Cluster)* widget shows a stacked bar chart for each cluster representing the total cost for that cluster split up in the total distance-, time-, and trip- based cost. When you hover over a bar, a tooltip displays the corresponding cluster name and its cost value.

## Fleet (#Vehicles per Cluster)¶

The *Fleet (#Vehicles per Cluster)* widget shows a stacked bar chart for each cluster representing the total fleet for a cluster split up in the several types of vehicles. When you hover over a bar, a tooltip displays the corresponding cluster name and its vehicle type.
