S&OP Navigator is part of the SC Navigator suite. Its purpose is to facilitate Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) in four key phases: Forecast, Demand, Analytics, and Executive.
In the Forecast phase, each account manager can update the forecast of products specific to customers at different locations.
In the Demand phase, Demand Managers can adjust the amount of demand on the aggregated product family level.
In the Analytics phase, Supply Managers are involved to provide capacity/supply input, and create production plans that balance demand and supply.
In the Executive phase, Leadership can analyze financial impacts by creating and comparing different scenarios. This provides tangible comparisons when it comes to determining the S&OP plan for the next 3-18 months.
