How to Get the Most Out of SENSAI

SENSAI is a virtual assistant designed to enhance your productivity within SC Navigator. With an in-depth knowledge of SC Navigator’s capabilities, SENSAI is equipped to guide you to the features you need. To toggle SENSAI on or off, click the sparkle_toggle button found on the top-right of the display.

Here are a few “tricks” to get the most out of SENSAI:

  • Be clear and specific: To ensure SENSAI understands you, it’s recommended to use complete sentences and add context where possible. For example, “Explain to me uploading data” provides little context compared to “Can you explain how I can upload a new data template?”.

  • One thing at the time: Try to breakdown complex questions into smaller questions so that SENSAI can more easily interpret your needs. For example, you could split “How can I upload data and run a scenario where demand drops by 5%?” into “How can I upload data” and “How can I run a scenario where demand drops by 5%?”.

  • Get better answers by providing feedback: If you receive an answer that is unclear or only partially addresses the solution you are looking for, you can ask SENSAI for a more detailed response. To do this provide the original answer and give feedback. For example: “You mention I could do <activity>. Can you explain how I can do this in 5 steps?”.

  • Rephrase your question if SENSAI does not understand you: Avoid jargon or ambiguous terms that might confuse SENSAI - remember, SENSAI is an SC Navigator expert. If there is a misunderstanding, try rewording your question with different terminology and referring as much as possible to SC Navigator terms, or adding more context.

  • SENSAI can be helpful, but it does not do everything (yet): SENSAI knows all about SC Navigator but cannot perform any actions on your behalf. You can ask “how do I create a new scenario where my demand is increased by 5%?” but not “create a new scenario for me where my demand is increased by 5%”. In the future, SENSAI will be able to execute actions based on your instructions under the module SENSAI pro.
