Inventory sheets

In SC Navigator you can add Inventory data. In the template there are two separate sheets for inventory data: Inventory and Inventory Product.

Inventory

Purpose: Define inventory data.
Instructions: Enter data specific to inventory, like: 1. Availability 2. Capacity data 3. Variable Cost 4. Target 5. Target Violation Cost (Inventory) 6. Opening/Closing data 7. Custom Objectives data 6. Variable Inventory Holding

If you want to define data on this sheet you have to fill in the Warehouse, Location, Step, and Period columns for each supplier you want to use in the model. The warehouse for which you want to enter inventory data should be available on the Warehouse sheet.

Inventory Product

Purpose: Define product-related data for inventory.
Instructions: Enter product related details for inventory , like: 1. Availability 2. Capacity data 3. Variable Cost 4. Target 5. Target Violation Cost (Inventory) 6. Opening/Closing data 7. Opening Inventory 8. Custom Objectives data

You can define data only for warehouses which have available inventory on Inventory sheet. If you want to define data on this sheet you have to fill in the Product, Warehouse, Location, Step, and Period columns for each warehouse you want to use in the model.
