SENSAI pro

SENSAI pro enables you to execute actions in SC Navigator directly through natural language commands. It performs tasks such as changing data, looking up entities, and running scenarios, reducing the effort needed to complete repetitive actions.

Note

SENSAI pro is currently available as an Early Access Preview for pilot users. The initial release focuses on warehouse management to gather feedback before expanding to other areas such as production, transportation, and other supply chain network elements.

SENSAI pro Capabilities

Warehouse Management

  • Create new locations where warehouses can be set up

  • Create new warehouses based on information from existing warehouses

  • Automatically create necessary transport lanes to and from new locations

  • Update warehouse and warehouse product attributes for both new and existing warehouses

  • Retrieve and display warehouse attributes and information

Run Optimizations

  • Run optimization models directly through SENSAI pro

  • Run demand scenarios for user-defined demand changes (for example: -5%, +5%, +10%) and automatically save the results

  • Work with ad-hoc scenarios based on data changes made through SENSAI pro

Guidance and Feedback

  • Integrated directly into the SENSAI chat window

  • Real-time feedback when data changes are made

  • Clear error handling and messaging when operations cannot be completed

  • Undo functionality to revert data changes or list all changes made so far

Example Commands

The examples below show how to ask SENSAI pro to perform warehouse management tasks and run optimizations. To access SENSAI pro functionality, the “/order” prefix is required before each command. If the “/order” prefix is left out, SENSAI will attempt to answer based on it’s knowledge of SC Navigator but will not perform any actions.

Warehouse Creation

Create new warehouses through natural language commands:

  • “/order Create a new warehouse similar to [existing warehouse]”

  • “/order Add a warehouse with [specific attributes]”

  • “/order Create a new location in [city/country] for a warehouse”

Warehouse Attribute Updates

Modify warehouse properties, undo a previous change, or list all changes made:

  • “/order Update the capacity of [warehouse] to [value]”

  • “/order Set the fixed cost of [warehouse] to [value]”

  • “/order Close [warehouse] in [period]”

  • “/order Force open [warehouse]”

  • “/order Undo to the state before changing the fixed cost of [warehouse]

Information Retrieval

Query warehouse data:

  • “/order Show me the attributes of [warehouse]”

  • “/order What is the capacity of [warehouse]?”

  • “/order Display warehouse product information for [warehouse]”

  • “/order List all warehouses in [location/country]”

  • “/order List all changes you have made so far”

Running Optimizations

Limitations

Early Access Preview Limitations

The Early Access Preview of SENSAI pro has the following limitations:

Warehouse Operations Only SENSAI pro action execution is currently limited to warehouse-related operations. You cannot execute actions for customers, production facilities, suppliers, or other supply chain elements. The scope is intentionally kept small for the pilot phase to ensure stability and gather focused feedback.

Ad-Hoc Scenarios Only There is currently no integration with Scenario Navigator for creating or managing scenarios and network scenarios.

Pilot User Access Only SENSAI pro is currently available only to pilot users in ringfenced environments. It is not yet available for general release.
