Best Practices for Using SENSAI
To get the most out of SENSAI, follow these best practices:
- Be clear and specific
Provide complete sentences with sufficient context. For example, instead of “Explain uploading data,” ask “Can you explain how I can upload a new data template?” Clear questions lead to more accurate and helpful responses.
- Focus on one thing at a time
Break down complex questions into smaller, manageable parts. For example, instead of asking “How can I upload data and run a scenario where demand drops by 5%?” split it into two questions: “How can I upload data?” and “How can I run a scenario where demand drops by 5%?”
- Provide feedback for better answers
If an answer is unclear or only partially addresses your needs, ask SENSAI to elaborate. For example: “You mention I could do <activity>. Can you explain how I can do this in 5 steps?”
- Rephrase if needed
Avoid jargon or ambiguous terms. If there’s a misunderstanding, try rewording your question using different terminology or adding more context. Remember, SENSAI specializes in SC Navigator terminology and concepts.
- Understand current capabilities
SENSAI provides guidance and answers questions about SC Navigator. With SENSAI Pro, you can execute certain actions directly through commands, such as creating warehouses, updating warehouse attributes, running scenarios and comparing scenarios. Data modification is currently limited to warehouse and transport-related operations, with more capabilities coming in future releases.
