End-to-End (E2E) Lead Time Attributes

E2E Lead Time feature is only available in the Network Design Advanced and Tactical Planning Module. You can read more about how to use E2E Lead Time in section E2E Lead Time.

Enforce E2E Lead Time Constraints

Sheets on which it appears

Settings

Possible inputs

Binary, 0 (empty) or 1, 1 means E2E Lead Time constraints are applied during optimization

How it affects the model

This attribute controls whether E2E Lead Time constraints are applied during optimization.

Maximum E2E Lead Time

Sheets on which it appears

Customer Product

Possible inputs

Any number greater than 0 (0 means there is no limit for this demand point)

How it affects the model

This attribute represents the maximum total time allowed to fulfill a customer’s demand from supplier to delivery. It sets the upper limit for the combined lead times of all supply chain stages - including sourcing, production, warehousing, and transportation. It is measured in number of hours.

Supplier Lead Time

Sheets on which it appears

Supplier Product

Possible inputs

Any number greater than 0 (0 means there is no lead time)

How it affects the model

This attribute represents the lead time required to process this product at this supplier. It is measured in number of hours. It is included in Maximum E2E Lead Time.

Production Lead Time

Sheets on which it appears

Production Routing

Possible inputs

Any number greater than 0 (0 means there is no lead time)

How it affects the model

This attribute represents the lead time required to process this product at this production site. It is measured in number of hours. It is included in Maximum E2E Lead Time.

Warehouse Lead Time

Sheets on which it appears

Warehouse Product

Possible inputs

Any number greater than 0 (0 means there is no lead time)

How it affects the model

This attribute represents the lead time required to process this product at this warehouse. It is measured in number of hours. It is included in Maximum E2E Lead Time.

Transportation Lead Time

Sheets on which it appears

Transport Trip Data

Possible inputs

Any number greater than 0 (0 means there is no lead time)

How it affects the model

This attribute represents the lead time required to transport this product at this lane. It is measured in number of hours. It is included in Maximum E2E Lead Time.
